Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons, handmade bath and body products are generally not returnable once opened or used.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel and refund it in full.
