Shipping
Our products are created and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners. Most physical orders are produced and shipped within approximately 5–10 business days, although production times may vary.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Many of our products are made to order, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personal preferences.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to arrange an appropriate resolution.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Because digital files are available for immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase or receive an incorrect file, please contact us so we can help.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because print-on-demand products can enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
