Welcome to our little corner of the country!

Our homestead journey began 20 years ago when we first purchased this home. At the time, we had no idea what kind of wonderful, chaotic, beautiful adventure was ahead of us.

The real turning point came when our girls were little and struggled with lactose intolerance. Cow's milk just didn't agree with them, so we brought home our first dairy goats to see if raw goat's milk would make a difference. It did—and it completely changed our lives. Not only could our girls finally enjoy milk without tummy troubles, but we fell head over heels in love with homesteading.

As any dairy goat owner will tell you, when you have goats, you end up with a lot of milk.

With our girls also having very sensitive skin, dry winter weather used to be a constant battle in our house. But once we started crafting our own rich goat milk soap, it made an incredible difference for their skin. What started as a simple experiment to use up surplus milk and soothe our family's dry skin turned into a passion for making nourishing, all-natural skincare.

Today, our homestead is still a place of family, simple living, and hard work. Whether we're baking sweet treats with fresh-milled flour, caring for our herd, or whipping up a fresh batch of goat milk soap, we are so glad you’re here to share in the journey with us.
